When Rob was 8 years old, he began public speaking. At 14, he started building websites in his free time. By 26, Rob was recruited to provide IT training to the staff at Providence Health Systems, teaching professionals how to program in Excel. It is rare to find someone who is both highly proficient with technology and a charismatic speaker, but Rob exercises these two qualities seamlessly!
As a part-owner of Beacon Media + Marketing, Rob has spoken at AIMS, introducing keynote speaker and content marketing expert Jay Baer. He has taught numerous classes on topics like web development, web analytics, search engine optimization, and Google Adwords through Beacon Digital University. In 2016, Rob spoke on inbound marketing and tracking analytics at the Annual Associated General Contractors Conference of Alaska.
Rob’s speaking style is adaptive and involves a healthy dose of illustration! He likes to present hard facts and statistics then back them up with clarifying stories and examples.
